This dedication to customer care doesn’t come from just anywhere; it’s exactly the kind of business practice owner and developer Bob Richey has believed in since the beginning of his career in the building industry at 18 years of age. Now more than 30 years later, his love of the industry continues with the birth of Richey Devco, Inc., inspired by Bob’s passion for property acquisition and development.

As a small, private developer, only taking on two to three projects at a time, Bob and his team at RDI have the luxury of focusing on each project and staying connected throughout to ensure excellence in developmental and building techniques. Bob has a knack for locating sites with much potential, in both the land and the surrounding areas – usually up-and-coming cities with a high growth rate. The team at RDI routinely visits job sites, walking every lot, and taking care that each homesite has been inspected and officially approved for home building. Not only does this give each builder confidence in the development, but also allows each customer the knowledge that RDI offers only the best products, whether that be a new home or a newly developed piece of land.
